The 11th Board Meeting was called to order by President Rtn. Sanjaya K. Chaudhury, who welcomed all Board Members and thanked them for their active participation throughout the year. He highlighted the club’s major service initiatives, particularly the SOAHM and Karunashraya projects, and appreciated the efforts of Rtn. Sudhamaya Bajpayee in strengthening RCC activities and conducting elections in four RCCs. The President also emphasized the role of the Think Tank Committee, the Rapid Action Team under PP Rtn. Pradyumna Behera, and the systematic documentation of projects and MoUs by PP Rtn. S. S. Harichandan. Secretary Rtn. Biswajit Patra presented the minutes of the 10th Board Meeting, which were unanimously approved. He thanked members for the successful celebration of Charter Day and briefed the Board on ongoing and upcoming club activities. Members celebrating birthdays and wedding anniversaries were felicitated during the meeting.
